So, what led Tommy to embark on his rewarding career in recruiting? Following his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Appalachian State, Tommy's journey began with recruiting for skilled trade positions. It was during this time that he discovered his true passion for sales and recruiting. He yearned to leverage his expertise in a more professional setting, and that's when Kavaliro came into the picture.
