Kavaliro Named One of America’s Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms

Kavaliro is pleased to be included in the Staffing Industry Analysts Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms for another year! This year is considered to be the largest such list Staffing Industry Analysts has compiled, with 112 firms posting compound average growth rate for revenue of more than 15 percent from 2011 to 2015.

“It is an honor to be named one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in America for the second year in a row,” said Bill Peppler, managing partner at Kavaliro. “It is a prestigious achievement for the company, and it shows the continuous hard work we put into the firm on a daily basis.”

Kavaliro qualified for the list based on its revenue compound annual growth rate of 28.7 percent. The company generated a staffing revenue of $41.7 million in 2015.

To be included on this year’s list, firms have to post as least $1 million in revenue in 2011 and have compound annual revenue growth of at least 15 percent between 2011 and 2015. Only organic revenue growth was considered, and the revenue was adjusted to remove growth from acquisitions. The list is based on staffing revenue, which included temporary staffing revenue, direct hire, retained search and temp-to-perm conversion fees. Be sure to check out the list here!
