This year the team jetted off to Cancun, Mexico for a tropical getaway! Stephanie Bruha, Natalie Castellana, Rafael Restrepo, Angel Diaz, Suresh Raj, and Josh Ridgeway were among the top performing employee’s invited on the trip. “As a company, we feel it is important to reward hard work and let employees know how much we appreciate the hours spent making Kavaliro so great. And what better way to show this than a tropical vacation?” said Mark Moore, President of Kavaliro. ![ringoffire2](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png)From the leadership team, Mark Moore, Lisa Moore, John Mahony, Diane Mahony, Bill Peppler, and Jennifer Miller were also in attendance. While soaking up the sun, the Kavaliro team participated in activities such as jet skiing, pool volleyball, eating great food, and of course relaxing by the pool. They were also rewarded with luxurious massages. “We’re more than happy to reward some of our team for their impressive work in 2013. The exciting thing about the Ring of Fire reward is that when new employees learn of it, they want to win too. It helps us to continue the cycle of outstanding performances in all of our offices.” Feeling refreshed and sun kissed, the staff members returned from Mexico with a clear mind and an appreciation for their place of work.
