Every year, Kavaliro brings the “work hard, play hard” philosophy to life by rewarding its top performers with the “Ring of Fire” trip – an all-expense paid tropical getaway to Cancun, Mexico! In addition to the fun-filled vacation, the Ring of Fire reward also includes an actual solid silver ring to remind employees of their hard work and appreciation.
“The Ring of Fire trip is something that we love having every year,” said Bill Peppler, managing partner at Kavaliro. “It encourages our team to work their hardest and it shows them how much we appreciate them.”
There were plenty of fun activities to keep the Kavaliro team busy during the days of relaxation. They spent time soaking up the sun, getting massages at the spa, shopping in the downtown market, playing spirited pool volleyball games and multiple rounds of golf. They had delicious dinners together every night and made fun memories at the piano bar.
“We know that it’s important to reward hard work to keep our team motivated,” said Mark Moore, president of Kavaliro. “We want our top performers to know how much we appreciate the hours they put in every year. There’s no better way to do this than by rewarding them with a tropical getaway!”
The team was happy to return to work with their fun memories and clear minds. The Ring of Fire trip allows the staff members to bond and to reflect on the past year and continues to push the entire company to produce their best work for the following year.

Bill Peppler, Kavita Malladi and Josh Ridgeway were also invited, but unfortunately could not attend.
