Kavaliro is on a roll with awards and recognition this year! The Orlando Business Journal recently published its list of Best Places to Work in Orlando and Kavaliro was ranked No. 2 out of 35 other companies in the small business category. This is the third year in a row that Kavaliro has been honored.

“We are constantly making an effort to keep our employees satisfied by listening to feedback,” says Bill Peppler, managing partner. “We are always thinking of new and fun perks to motivate the team and encourage everyone to reach their full potential.”

The company rankings were determined by an extensive employee engagement survey. The anonymous survey measures feedback on satisfaction, with categories ranging from team effectiveness, employee retention, company goals and much more.
