Workforce Solutions

#### A Quarter of Recognition and Growth

Q3 was one of the most rewarding quarters yet for our Workforce Solutions team. We were honored to receive the UCF EverUpwards Award and to be recognized in the Golden 100, two achievements that reflect our team's dedication and the trust our partners place in us every day.

We stayed close to the next generation of talent by attending the Professional Selling Events at UCF, where we connected with driven students who are preparing to shape the future of sales. Beyond campus, our team shared expertise and gathered fresh insights at the Horizons Conference and the Tech Coast Conference, strengthening relationships across the industry and keeping us ahead of trends.

We also marked a major strategic milestone this quarter with the acquisition of part of the Oakleaf Group. This step expands our capabilities and positions us to serve our clients and candidates with even greater reach and impact. We're proud of everything our team accomplished this quarter.

With market activity signaling growing business confidence as organizations enter the strongest hiring season of the year, we've seen that success firsthand. We're excited to carry this momentum into Q4 and beyond.

Technical Solutions

**Delivering Excellence Nationwide: Kaiser Permanente Administrative Facilities Documentation Project**

Kavaliro is proud to celebrate the successful completion of a large-scale national deployment project for Kaiser Permanente, demonstrating our team's ability to execute complex initiatives with precision, speed, and consistency.

A dedicated team of 18 field technicians and 3 project managers collaborated across 30 Kaiser administrative buildings throughout the United States to support critical workplace technology documentation efforts. Working under an accelerated timeline, the team coordinated seamlessly to ensure every site was documented accurately and efficiently while maintaining Kaiser’s established standards and procedures. Our technicians completed comprehensive on-site surveys that included photographing and documenting conference rooms, collecting equipment inventory data, and executing specialized application scripts to gather technology and workspace information. The team captured and cataloged representative conference room photographs, properly labeled and documented spaces, validated workplace technology through application testing, and collected detailed workspace information across thousands of assets. Through careful planning, disciplined execution, and close collaboration between field resources and project leadership, Kavaliro successfully delivered high-quality documentation and technology data from all 30 facilities.

This accomplishment reflects the strength of Kavaliro’s nationwide delivery capabilities and our commitment to providing scalable, dependable technology services to enterprise clients. We are especially proud of the teamwork, responsiveness, and professionalism demonstrated by everyone involved in this successful engagement.

**Looking Ahead: Phase 2 Underway**

Building on the success of the initial deployment, Phase 2 is preparing to kick off in November. Kavaliro continues to partner closely with Kaiser to support the next stage of workplace technology and facilities initiatives, leveraging the expertise, lessons learned, and momentum gained during Phase 1. As the project progresses, our team remains focused on delivering the same level of quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction that has made this engagement a success.

**Project Highlights**

- 30 Kaiser administrative buildings surveyed nationwide
- 18 Field Technicians deployed across the U.S.
- 3 Project Managers coordinating delivery
- Comprehensive conference room and workspace documentation
- Technology asset inventory and validation activities completed
- Accelerated nationwide deployment successfully delivered

This project serves as another example of Kavaliro's ability to mobilize resources at scale, manage complex national initiatives, and deliver exceptional results for clients across the country.

National Defense & Intelligence

#### **Building Relationships & Looking to Q4**

This quarter, our team stayed on the move across some of the defense community’s biggest stages, from DIA DoDIIS Worldwide, where we engaged with intelligence community leaders around mission-driven technology, to Air, Space & Cyber, where we witnessed firsthand the innovations shaping the future of air and space power, and the SPC Brenden N. Salazar Memorial Golf Tournament, where friendly competition led to meaningful connections.

We're also proud to share major wins this quarter, including CENTCOM, a Information Warfare contract, and EMAPS 3- USSOCOM. These milestones reflect our team's expertise and the trust our partners place in us, and we're thrilled to announce that Kavaliro has added SIN 54151HACS (Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services, or HACS) to our GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract. A true reflection of our commitment to supporting mission-driven organizations with technically evaluated, proven solutions. Each event and achievement deepened relationships that make our work stronger, and we're carrying that energy into an exciting Q4 lineup that includes the AUSA Annual Conference, TechNet Indo-Pacific, and Fairways for Warriors!
