It's incredible to think that Q3 has already come and gone—the quarter passed in a flash, but our momentum is stronger than ever! The past few months have been marked by accomplishments, new partnerships, and team growth. Take a look at everything we had going on, and get ready for an even more exciting Q4.

## Successful 13th Annual: Kick Off For Kids

## **A Quarter of Incredible Growth, Community Engagement, and Recognition**
It has been a great third quarter for the Kavaliro Workforce Solutions team! We are thrilled to celebrate a period of incredible growth, community engagement, and prestigious recognition. We proudly kicked off a new partnership with ROPES, an AI-powered platform that validates candidate skills through real-world simulations. Our team also had the opportunity to visit the University of Central Florida to connect with the next generation of talented professionals. Internally, our Workforce Solutions division is .jpg?width=225&height=169&name=54e471e8-e6d8-494e-9bdf-e854c0298bce%20(1).jpg)expanding at an exciting pace, and we’ve welcomed numerous internal hires to support this momentum. Capping off an already great quarter, we were deeply honored to be recognized as the #2 Top Workplace in our category by the Orlando Sentinel. This award, among 46 remarkable companies, is a true testament to our incredible team and the positive culture we build together every single day. We are look forward to carrying this momentum into the final quarter of the year.
Project Services
## Celebrating Breaking Ground and Go Lives!
Our Project Services team is celebrating a significant achievement with the successful and timely go-live of a project at the Fresno Orchard Plaza Medical Center in Fresno, CA. The team did an excellent job preparing this project for launch, delivering it exactly on schedule. In addition to this success, several new projects kicked off in Q3, including breaking ground in Modesto, CA, which we anticipate completing in Q4.
