Kavaliro applauds Jessica Varriale in this month’s employee spotlight! After beginning at our staffing agency as a resource manager in February, Jessica quickly learned the ropes of the recruiting world. Through her dedication, she has become a valuable asset to the company.
Originally from New York City, Jessica moved to Charlotte when she was nine years old and has been living there for the past 15 years. She received her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from UNC Wilmington, a university on the east coast.
“My favorite part about working for Kavaliro is being a part of such a great team,” says Varriale. “Everyone in the Charlotte office has been very welcoming and helpful in teaching me the recruiting process.”
In her off hours, Jessica enjoys hiking and golfing in the great outdoors. She also expresses her creative side by painting, as well as tackling major DIY projects with her fiancé. Recently, they took on the grueling task of painting their kitchen cabinets.
“Jessica has made a wonderful addition to the Charlotte office,” said John Mahony, COO of Kavaliro. “She always shows initiative to get things done and consistently exceeds expectations. We are lucky to have her as part of the team.”
