Kavaliro would like to congratulate and recognize the New Year’s newest employee spotlight – Sawlan Quant. She attended Northern Virginia Community College and studied Business Administration. As a Resource Manager and member of the Kavaliro Team, Sawlan primarily focuses on recruiting efforts for clients in the Washington D.C. office. Her responsibilities at Kavaliro include the full cycle recruitment of IT and Finance Industry Professionals. What she enjoys most about her work is her love of creating win-win situations in which the client and candidate are both happy.
In her spare time, Sawlan volunteers on the Board of Directors for Operation Paws for Homes, a dog rescue organization in Northern Virginia. She manages its advertisement, marketing and events team. Because of her love for dogs, she also fosters dogs that are in need until they find an adoptive family.
Sawlan is happy to say that overall, 2013 was a great year both professionally and personally. She is excited for what 2014 may bring, as she and her husband are expecting their first child, a baby boy!
