We are thrilled to announce this month’s employee spotlight – Matthew Rowles! Matthew graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in 2005 with a dual degree in History and Political Science. During his collegiate years, Matt was a starter for the basketball program and he ranks among the Panther’s top 15 all-time scoring leaders. Matthew then moved to Charlotte after graduation and started with Kavaliro in 2008.
As a Senior Resource Manager, his responsibilities at Kavaliro include the recruiting efforts for current clients as well as driving new business developments within the Charlotte market. Further, Matthew identifies opportunities national scale, pursuing large MSP accounts. In his five years in the Charlotte office, Matthew has become an integral part of the Kavaliro team.
When Matthew is not at work, he still enjoys playing basketball. He is involved with half a dozen basketball leagues and tries to stay as active as possible. He roots for the Steelers, the Hornets, and of course, the Pitt Panthers. Off the court, Matthew looks forward to celebrating his first wedding anniversary with his wife, Sarah, this October. They are also expecting their first child in the coming year!
