Kavaliro feels so lucky to be made up of a team of standout employees. This month we are proud to give recognition to Orlando Resource Manager, Noelle Cipollini. Noelle graduated as a fellow UCF Knight, and will have her one year anniversary with Kavaliro in September. Noelle has shown an overwhelming amount of initiative and dedication to her work at Kavaliro from the moment she was hired. She has impressed the leadership team by taking each experience she has at Kavaliro and using it as motivation for personal and professional growth.
Noelle loves having the opportunity to be so involved in the Central Florida community. She has been featured on FOX 35 Orlando to share her expertise on several recruiting topics this year. When asked what these experiences mean to her she said, “The opportunities to be featured on FOX and even social media recognition are really special because I don’t feel like just a number at this company. These opportunities let me know that my work is appreciated.” Cipollini has enjoyed all of the events that have allowed her to bond with fellow employees from different offices including going to Magic games, days at Wekiva Springs, and even celebrating her co-workers birthdays.
Noelle has found empowerment in the executive team and her co-workers at Kavaliro, and motivates those around her with a “sky is the limit” attitude. “The leadership team puts so much trust in us as employees that I never feel confined in my work. The company embraces change, and it is so exciting to look at where we were when I started and see where we are today. I really think we are just getting started.”
