Kavaliro Conference 2025: "The Magic of Possibility"

This past week marked a milestone for the Kavaliro team as we celebrated our 15th annual team conference at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, FL. The event brought many together to participate in our annual conference. Embracing the theme, “The Magic of Possibility", we highlighted the limitless opportunities that lie ahead in our journey of growth and success. Moreover, our achievements throughout our best year yet in 2024, spark optimism for an exciting year ahead. 

Our 3-day conference commenced on February 7th with an inviting reception held in the enchanting courtyard of “Il Mulino”. Followed by an eagerly-awaited award ceremony, which recognized our team members for their tremendous contributions and accomplishments from the previous year.

This year's recognitions were: 

• 5+: Year Tenure: Angela Smith, Bryce Baker, Tommy Parker
• 10+: Year Tenure: Tim Davis and Ron Murray
• 15+: Year Tenure: Stephanie Bruha and Rafael Restrepo
• Firestarter Award (Top rookie): Alex Pfeiff (Recruiting) and Justin Wharton (Sales)
• Fueling our Clients Award (Awarded to the people who've done amazing work for clients):

• Excellence in Assurance Award (Awarded to those who exceed expectations): Marissa Moen, Gladys Moy, Mandy Serda, Jessie Howe, Renee England
• Knights Circle Award: Hanna Howell, Jessica Perri, and Ron Murray
• Fueling the Flame Award (Outstanding Back-office support): Kelly Babb, Irina Nimijan, and April Briggs

The second day of the conference was filled with insightful training, dynamic presentations, and state-of-business insights, capped off by an enjoyable visit to EPCOT. We started the day with a fun-filled scavenger hunt throughout the park with our conference groups, and ended it with a beautiful dinner and a captivating firework show—marking the perfect close to an exhilarating conference day.

On the final day of the conference, we got to engage with presentations from Linkedin and an unexpected treat with a rap performance from FreeDaps. To bring the conference to a meaningful end, we assembled skateboards for a local Boys and Girls group, embodying the spirit of teamwork and community service. This day perfectly celebrated Kavaliro’s 15-year legacy, with many participants sporting conference shirts from over the years.
