Employee Spotlight: Justin Wharton

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to recognize Justin Wharton as our July Employee of the Month!

This month, we have the pleasure of spotlighting Justin Wharton, our diligent sales professional from our Charlotte, NC office.

Justin joined Kavaliro a little over a year ago, after receiving a call from our internal recruiting team about an exciting opportunity as a salesperson for a booming Charlotte office. Intrigued, he met with the team and was offered a position, marking the beginning of his career with us. This is also where he met "Mr. Kavaliro" himself, Tommy Parker, for the first time.

Everyone at Kavaliro can agree that Justin is a dedicated and hardworking individual. His proactivity and commitment set him apart, and he never backs away from taking on new challenges. These qualities are what help him break away from the ordinary and inspire a culture of perseverance within the Charlotte office (and the organization as a whole). In his short 1-year tenure with Kavaliro, he has already jumped leaps and bounds to be among the highest producers in the company.

There are many amazing things about working at Kavaliro, but the aspect of his job that Justin loves the most is the opportunity to build meaningful and enduring relationships with his clients. He embodies the spirit of salesmanship and relishes every opportunity to assist his clients overcome hiring obstacles and make their professional lives easier. Justin sees this as the heart of his work.

Justin hails from the mountain town of Hickory, NC and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Ohio Valley University.

An enthusiast of outdoor activities, Justin loves golfing, boating, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends. An interesting tidbit about Justin: he not only played college baseball, but he also ran in the cross-country conference championship in his junior year!
