Hybrid Work Facility Reconfiguration

COVID changed business operations in many ways. The most common shift we’ve seen are employees working fully remote or working hybrid schedules between the office and home. We have helped our clients reconfigure multiple office spaces by moving entire departments to centralized locations in the building, creating hotel spaces for hybrid employees, and facilitated removal of unused IT equipment which were shipped to e-waste facilities. We’ve been able to execute each FWOW project efficiently and effectively as we have a well thought out plan in place and clear communication between our clients’ Project Managers, outside vendors/contractors, and our PSD team. One of the many things we do well is communicate, whether it’s good or bad news. We strive to mitigate issues by dealing with them head on and relay solutions that will help move the project forward. Our FWOW projects were completed on time and within or under the set budget.
