At Kavaliro, we like to recognize our hardworking and dedicated team members. This December, we want to shine the spotlight on Tiffany Robles. She is our Consultant of the Month for December. Tiffany is an IT professional with years of experience in the field. We had a chance to learn more about her path into the IT world and what she enjoys to do outside of work.
Tiffany is originally from Southern California, she moved around a lot as a kid but all her homes were within an hour of each other. She went out of state for college and now resides in Texas, where she works as a consultant. Her passion for helping people motivates her to provide the best possible solution to every problem. She believes that every problem has a solution and she enjoys finding them.
When she is not busy with her work as a consultant, she indulges in her favorite hobbies. Tiffany admits that she has too many hobbies to list, but a few of her favorites are creating things, video games, and learning to play various instruments. Tiffany is an artist at heart, she loves making costumes and dressing up for ren faires or conventions. Her creativity has no boundaries and she utilizes it in her job as well, where she comes up with creative solutions to problems.
Tiffany is a proud pet owner and has a whole zoo at home. She has 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 chickens, and 2 parakeets. In the past, she has had rats, frogs, lizards, hamsters, and fish as well as other dogs, cats, chickens, and parakeets. Her love for animals is not limited to owning them, she volunteers at animal shelters in her free time.
Some would say that Tiffany’s career path is anything but ordinary. She started in the art education field but quickly pivoted to join the military when the 2008 recession hit and art programs were being cut. While there, she ended up studying IT, and when she left the military, she went back to college to get an IT degree. After a stint at DISA, she found a role through Kavaliro, where she’s been doing excellent work ever since.
Currently, Tiffany is learning about managerial skills. She’s understanding how to better communicate with fellow coworkers and supervisors, how to tactfully present an issue to the person causing it, or to leadership. These skills come in handy no matter what field one is in. Effective communication makes the workplace run more smoothly, and it’s something she’s working on mastering.
One thing Tiffany is always drawn to is problem-solving. She loves to dive in and tackle any issue presented to her, and strives to figure out the best solution. She is an analytical and curious thinker, and pays great attention to detail. Her team appreciates her willingness to jump in and find solutions, and it’s part of the reason why she’s Consultant of the Month for December.
Tiffany has also seized opportunities to learn new skills, such as programming languages. She enjoys challenging herself and learning new things, which is a valuable trait in this field. With the ever-changing technology landscape, it’s important to stay on top of the latest trends and Tiffany does this well by regularly seeking out opportunities to learn.
Tiffany Robles is an outstanding consultant with excellent problem-solving skills. Her passion for helping people and finding solutions to their problems is what sets her apart from others. Tiffany is not only an expert in her field but also an artist who loves and enjoys experimenting with different mediums. She is a proud pet owner and a volunteer at animal shelters.
