Consultant of the Month: Ivan Zapata-Rivera

 Originally from Puerto Rico and growing up in New Jersey, has influenced Ivan’s unique perspective of the world and its people. His dedication to excellence and his team, makes him an integral asset as a CCAI Dialogflow Developer and Configurator. No question as to why he has been chosen as Kavaliro’s Consultant of the Month for April.

After working in finance and aviation, the pandemic shifted his trajectory. Ivan turned a corner and embraced his dormant passion for software engineering, realizing its potential to better the world. His professional plunge into AI was both a return to his roots and a leap forward into new possibilities. It's here, within the realms of artificial intelligence and innovation, that Ivan finds his favorite part of the job—collaborating with colleagues to push the boundaries of what’s possible. 

Ivan's journey has always revolved around curiosity and innovation. An adventurer at heart, Ivan once traveled to Moenjo Daro, an ancient city in the Hindus Valley, where he found himself alone, experiencing what felt like a museum exclusively curated for him. Experiences like these are what fuel his passion for pushing boundaries in his work. His love for finding new foods and backpacking has opened doors to understanding diverse cultures and meeting incredible people from around the globe.
