We are delighted to shine the spotlight on Benjamin as our first Consultant of the Month for 2025! 🎉
Benjamin was born in the state of Utah, spent his younger years in Georgia, and currently resides in Knightdale, North Carolina.
Since becoming a Project Manager back in 2011, Ben has accumulated diverse experience in industries such as telecom and residential construction. Each industry had their obstacles and challenges that translated well to his current career path.
He is a perfect fit for the Project Manager role because he is a strong advocate for maintaining consistency and focusing relentlessly on the task at hand. He also brings a contagious passion for his work that motivates those surrounding him. Benjamin's unwavering commitment and resilience make him an indispensable part of his team.
When asked about his favorite aspect of his job, Ben emphasized his love for the people he works with, saying his team feels like a second family.
Despite managing a full-time job, Benjamin recently graduated with honors in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, all while juggling fatherhood to a newborn. This achievement, which he holds dear, is a testament to his sheer determination and refusal to let hurdles deter him from his goals.
Outside of his professional life, Benjamin finds joy in cooking (a skill that he has enjoyed and has been perfecting over the last decade), dreaming of one day starting a food truck to serve his community. He also boasts an adventurous side with his knack for shredding slopes while snowboarding.
Currently, Benjamin is immersing himself in the wisdom shared in Atomic Habits by James Clear. He says, “It is teaching me to create better habits. I use the guidance they provide to create personal and professional habits. Professional habits in Project Controls are very important because they allow me to not stray away from a successful process or procedure.” His drive to develop stronger habits, both personally and professionally, is a lesson in constant self-improvement.
