Today, Terence serves as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM), where he enjoys the ever-changing environment and fast-paced nature of cybersecurity. He values the opportunity to solve new challenges each day and especially enjoys working alongside, Justice Exum and Tim Bruce, whose collaboration makes every project even more rewarding.

"As the Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Terence Ash demonstrates exceptional leadership and technical expertise in guiding the Authorization to Operate (ATO) effort for a critical Department of Defense network. Outside of work, Terence enjoys staying active and embracing adventure. Whether he's playing tennis, snorkeling, hiking, or scuba diving, he's always looking for his next outdoor experience. He's also an avid Real Madrid supporter (¡Hala Madrid!) and enjoys revisiting classic VH1 Pop-Up Video episodes on YouTube, because in his words, “they never get old.” One of the things he treasures most is hanging out with his nephew, Leon, whom he proudly describes as "the coolest kid ever."
When asked what he's most proud of, Terence's answer was simple: his service to his country. That same sense of pride and dedication continues to guide his work today. He also believes that learning never stops, recognizing that staying curious and continuously expanding his knowledge is essential to remaining effective in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.
