Since joining Kavaliro last June as a Deployment Technician, Quandre has quickly become a valued member of the team through his positive attitude, dedication to his work, and commitment to continuous growth. Originally from Virginia and now working with our Orlando-based team, Quandre brings energy, enthusiasm, and a strong team-first mindset to everything he does.

He credits much of his success to the support and collaboration he receives from both his Kavaliro teammates and those around him. Whether it's tackling a new challenge or seeking guidance when needed, he appreciates knowing that help is always available and that he's supported every step of the way.
His current career path was a natural fit because it aligned perfectly with the direction he wanted to take professionally. Since coming on board, Quandre has remained focused on building his skills and creating new opportunities for growth. He is currently expanding his knowledge of ServiceNow to help advance his career, while also pursuing acting classes outside of work to continue developing his creative talents and honing his craft.
Outside the workplace, Quandre has a variety of interests that keep him busy. Before suffering an Achilles injury, he enjoyed playing sports and staying active. Today, he still loves exploring new restaurants and spending time at amusement parks. He's also a self-proclaimed car enthusiast, a fan of comic book characters, and proudly embraces his attention to detail. As the oldest of seven siblings, leadership and responsibility have been a part of his life from an early age.
When asked what he is most proud of, Quandre's answer speaks volumes about his character. Above all else, he is proud of raising his son and making a positive impact on others whenever he can. His dedication to family, combined with his willingness to help those around him, reflects the values that make him an outstanding consultant and teammate.
Quandre also shared his gratitude for the people who have supported him throughout his journey, sending a special shoutout to Kavaliro’s Program Manager, Holly Novak, for her amazing work and leadership and expressing his appreciation for the entire Kavaliro team. In his words, he loves being part of Kavaliro, wouldn't change it for the world, and is thankful for everyone who has helped him along the way.
