Carmen has been chosen as the Consultant of the Month for her representation of Kavaliro’s pillars of Commitment and Authenticity. In the time that she has been working on her project, she has also trained another consultant. Carmen will ultimately be brought onto the team permanently because she has been so essential in getting the department off the ground. She has become a go-to person for us and her team is happy to have her! Carmen is known for being hard-working and willing to take on additional duties to help out.
