Alex joined us at Kavaliro 10 months ago, stepping into the position of Sr. Resource Manager. His expertise, dedication, and passion for his work are evident in his contributions to our team.
Alex hails from the picturesque town of Huntingtown, Maryland. He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Elon University, accentuating his studies with minors in math, leadership, and adventure-based learning.
When he isn't helping individuals progress in their careers, Alex enjoys taking on the challenge of a good game of golf, relaxing with some fishing, or soaking up the sun on the water – displaying his love for all things aquatic.
An interesting tidbit about Alex is his adventurous past – having lived in New Zealand during a study abroad program, where he didn't merely study, but also dared to skydive and white water raft down the world's highest commercially rafter waterfall.
Alex's journey into recruitment began with an HR internship during his college years. This experience unveiled the world of recruiting to him, leading him to his first role at a recruiting firm after graduation. His passion for this field has only grown since, and he remains a vital part of Kavaliro's ongoing success.
