So why does a tech staffing agency need a designated recruiter to find recruiters and business development staff? Kavaliro noticed that we are growing and expanding so quickly that it was time to look at the way we recruit people to join our team.

“Due to the tremendous growth we have seen over the last few years, and what we are projecting moving forward, we decided to create this role to have a dedicated internal corporate recruiter,” said Managing Partner Bill Peppler.  “Kelly is the perfect fit.  She will be recruiting for both front and back office positions in all of the branches and our corporate office in Orlando. “

In the past year, our team has grown 25%, in fact in the first three months of 2017, we have had nine new employees join the Kavaliro team. We currently have 12 positions open across the nation and have several more on the horizon.

“We are looking to invest in our Permanent Placement Division,” said Director of IT Operations Tim Davis “One of our core values is to be agile, and we think having recruiters dedicated to Permanent Placements can help us better serve our clients.”
