The Kavaliro team had a fantastic time at the annual conference in January! The team kicked off at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando with presentations and activities centered around the theme “Ignite Your Inner Superhero.” The weekend was also filled with fun activities including laser tag, relaxing by the pool, exploring Orlando’s attractions and so much more. It was an amazing weekend for employees from all offices to come together to recharge and bond.
Community involvement is nothing new to Kavaliro’s Orlando team. They had a great time getting involved with the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Slingshot FastPitch at Church Street Exchange in downtown Orlando. “As a premier IT staffing company, they were showing our support for the tech industry and for Orlando. If we set our sights on, and want to take similar paths to Silicon Valley or Austin, Texas, we all have to play our part in the ecosystem and believe in the process,” said Kaity Ostrowsky, Account Manager.
It was another great quarter for Kavaliro in the media! The team never misses an opportunity to provide great insight and thought leadership on workplace trends, staffing and more. Louis Douglas was approached by the FOX 35 team to comment on breaking news about the “ban the box” initiative. More great FOX 35 segments feature Noelle Cipollini, Kelly Babb and Stephanie Bruha. With the release of this year’s salary guide, it was no surprise that Bill Peppler was featured as a guest blogger in the Orlando Business Journal.
