Another exciting win for Kavaliro this year! Florida Trend’s Best Small Companies to Work For recognized Kavaliro as the No. 5 on this year’s list. This is the fourth year in a row Kavaliro has been recognized! The annual Best Companies list will appear in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine.

Florida Trend partners with the Best Companies Group, which surveyed firms that chose to participate. Any firm with at least 15 employees in Florida, including firms based outside the state, are eligible.
Participating companies answered an in-depth questionnaire about company policies, practices and demographics. The second part of the survey was given employees who responded to questions on leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall engagement.
