San Francisco tech staffing agency, Kavaliro, is excited to recognize AJ Viale in this month’s employee spotlight! AJ has just been promoted to lead resource manager because of his ability to consistently go above and beyond with his work. With more than eight years in the recruiting world, he knows how to help candidates find new and exciting career opportunities while enjoying the long term relationships he has established over the years.
AJ was born and raised in the beautiful Redwoods of Humboldt County, California. He moved to the Bay Area in 1996 where he attended Sonoma State University. While he was there, he studied to obtain a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
“The best part about working at Kavaliro is the ability to contribute to the decision making process,” said Viale. “The entire team is energetic, positive and has made me feel extremely welcomed since day one. One of my favorite parts about working here is being able to hear Mark Moore say the word amazing!”
In AJ’s free time, he enjoys duck hunting and trout fishing. He adores his mom’s spaghetti sauce, his 8-year-old niece’s vocabulary, bourbon, new socks, wood fire pizza, and most of all, relaxing with his beautiful wife, Leilani and their cat.
