Angel graduated from the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. As a member of the baseball team, Angel was named as a first team All-American and led his squad to a Division II National title in 1998. Angel went along to play professional baseball for four years with the Anaheim Angels. Following his exceptional sports career, Angel moved onto recruiting where he found his next passion. And with more than eight years of experience in the recruiting field, Angel arrived at Kavaliro in 2010. In his current role As Director of Recruiting, his responsibilities include: providing daily mentorship and coaching to the Kavaliro recruiting team, ensuring that the client and candidate receive world-class recruiting consultation and support and improving recruiting analytics/reporting. In addition, Angel provides regular updates to the leadership and executive team on progress against hiring targets. In his off time, Angel still enjoys staying active by going to the gym and playing recreational sports. He also likes to hang out with friends and family to watch some of his favorite teams: the Chicago Bears, Miami Hurricanes and New York Mets.
