Kavaliro is thrilled to recognize Murali Madhavan for this month’s employee spotlight! Murali is a dynamic member of Kavaliro’s continued success, and we are pleased to be celebrating his consistent hard work within the company.

Madhavan was born abroad in India and brought up in a village named Kadampoor, where there was no formal schooling. While living overseas, he was able to attend and complete all of his schooling in Kerala, India where he majored in English literature and literary criticism while also earning his Ph.D. in Shakespearean dramas.
“Working at Kavaliro is an interesting affair to me,” said Madhavan. “The intimacy and the closeness of management gives me the motivation to work harder every day. The warmth and the cooperation of my fellow colleagues are thrilling to me. I truly feel at home working here.”
When he is not in the office, you can find Madhavan writing. He loves being able to socialize with people, and writing letters to the media. He feels very passionate about writing against the atrocities of societies and people in media, and writing short stories. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at different non-profit organizations in the area.
