Josh Ridgeway was one of the first employees to have helped open our Charlotte office and continues to promote growth for Kavaliro everyday.
Ridgeway became involved with recruiting back in his fraternity at Western Carolina University and continued to use his natural abilities at Kavaliro. With a political science degree, Ridgeway started working with the company in August 2006 when it was still part of the SkillStorm.
Seeing the potential that Ridgeway had, Kavaliro appointed him as one of the Senior Resource Manager to head the Charlotte office.
Looking back at his time with Kavaliro, Ridgeway is thankful “to learn from some great managers and some great owners”.
On his off time, Ridgeway enjoys spending time with his wife Hilary and partaking in anything that involves his favorite NFL team, the Carolina Panthers.
